PLAY is currently accepting applications for new and returning students for fall quarter in 2 waves. The first applications are due September 3rd, 2010 at 5 p.m. and the second wave of applications are due September 24th, 2010 at 5 p.m. Any applications submitted after this time will be considered for the following quarter.

Thanks to a generous grant from Kathy Grambsch of Vancouver Washington, Vibe is starting the PLAY Scholarship Fund. PLAY (Private Lessons Advancing Youth) Scholarships are for students from middle school through college who want to pursue their love of music through private instruction but are prohibited by costs. This fund specifically addresses that need by providing music lessons for eligible students.

Vibe’s scholarship committee looks over all applications and seeks to accommodate as many students as possible. Not all students who apply will receive a PLAY scholarship.

Investing in our PLAY scholarship can be done through our online giving or by mailing a check. Please designate PLAY in the memo or in the subject of the on-line donation so funds are directed to the correct account.
